Joaquin Payan

Joaquin Payan has a diverse work experience in various roles. Joaquin started their career as an Engineering Intern at Grupo Willard, where they analyzed costs and developed purchase plans. Joaquin then interned as an Information Technology Intern at The Metropolitan School of Panama, where they handled help desk operations and provided technical support. Joaquin then joined Arise Virtual Solutions Inc. as a Business Operations Analyst, managing projects and improving processes. Joaquin later transitioned to the role of Business Intelligence Analyst, creating reports and engaging with executive leadership. Currently, Joaquin is working at Synergistix, Inc. as an Implementation Project Specialist/Data Analyst, developing SQL queries, creating ETL processes, and facilitating team and client meetings.

Joaquin Payan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Florida State University from 2015 to 2019. In January 2019, they also obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certification from the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers.
