Shane Moore

Shane Moore has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Shane began their career at Ryder System, Inc. as a Customer Logistics Coordinator, where they managed the Brandsmart account and supervised over 40 independent delivery trucks. Shane then joined Futuretech Trading as a Recruiter/Trainer, where they developed a recruiting and training program for the firm and conducted phone interviews with prospective brokers. Following this, Shane worked at MarketLinx as a Technical Support Specialist, providing technical support for the Mlxchange program and escalating complex issues to Level 2 support. Shane later co-owned Neighborhood Tax & Insurance before joining Synergistix, Inc. In their current role as a Product Manager at Synergistix, they oversee the sample accountability for multiple clients and provides error resolution guidance. Additionally, Shane has also worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Synergistix, providing technical support to various companies and customers remotely via phone and email.

Shane Moore obtained an Associate's Degree in Computer Systems Specialist from Broward College, from 2014 to 2015. In addition, they obtained a certification in Agile Product Owner Role: Techniques from LinkedIn in May 2020.
