Prior roles at Synergy include Performance and Capability Support Manager, Operations Support Manager, Manager of Customer Excellence Support, and Customer Service Partner Lead. Prior to Synergy, Elizabeth worked as Operations Manager at Fleetcare from April 2009 to July 2016, where responsibilities included managing and improving multiple services within the Operations Department. Elizabeth began her career as Customer Service Manager at Kalamazoo from March 2007 to April 2009.
