John Coulter

John Coulter has extensive experience in the electricity generation and retail sector, having worked at Synergy since 2003. In the current role as Manager Customer Partnerships, John has held several key positions, including Strategic Partner Manager, Customer Service Manager, Performance Excellence and Quality Manager, and Contact Centre Manager. Prior roles at Synergy from 2003 to 2009 include Business Performance Coordinator and Quality Process Coordinator.
