Kelly Sharp

Kelly Sharp possesses extensive experience in human resources and change management, currently serving as Change Manager, HR Business Partner, and HR Officer at Synergy, an Electricity Generation and Retail Corporation, since August 2012. Key responsibilities at Synergy include recruitment, payroll administration, contract management, processing new starters, and overseeing employee relations and wellness initiatives.
