Marc Beckx

Marc Beckx is an experienced professional in project management and utilities management, currently serving as Major Project Director at Synergy since July 2021. Previous roles include Generation Portfolio Manager and Senior Projects Manager within the same organization. Prior to joining Synergy, Marc held various management positions at Horizon Power from February 2009 to July 2021, where responsibilities included leading engineering and project services teams, overseeing construction contracts, and supporting project delivery. Marc's experience also includes leadership roles at Energy Developments and Western Power. Educational qualifications comprise an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Curtin University and a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, along with an Electrical Engineers Certificate of Competency and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from institutions in South Africa.
