Byron Caswell

Byron Caswell is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at Synergy, Byron previously held the position of President at Regent Solutions, LLC, and served as Senior Vice President at ICF, where responsibilities included leading the Health, Defense, and Commercial Line of Business. Byron's career also includes a noteworthy tenure as Vice President of Strategic Consulting at ICF and as Senior Vice President at ITG - Incentive Technology Group. Educationally, Byron holds a Master's Degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia, obtained between 2006 and 2008.
