Tia Hall

Tia Hall is an accomplished Information Technology Program Manager with extensive experience in project and program management. Currently employed at Synergy since April 2023, Tia leads the development and management of the FEMA Portfolio under the USDA EAS contract. Prior to this role, Tia served as an IT Project Manager at Paradyme Management Inc., where responsibilities included acting as SCRUM Master, managing sprint tasks using JIRA, and collaborating with senior management on resource allocation. Tia's previous experience at NTT DATA Services as Project Program Sr Mgr involved supporting custom application development, while earlier roles included PMO Test Lead at Unissant and Business System Analyst at CGI. Tia began the professional journey as a Quality Assurance Specialist and Customer Service Specialist at Enterprise Information Management, following a Bachelor's of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Winston-Salem State University.
