Aaron Duffee

Aaron Duffee is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations management and community service. Currently serving as a charter member, social media chairperson, and second vice president of the Pine County Northern Lights Lions group since January 2024, Aaron focuses on environmental preservation within this nonprofit organization. As a regional manager at Synergy Care, Inc., and a board member of East Central Minnesota Pride, Aaron continues to engage in leadership roles. Previous positions include director of operations at Adaptive Rehab Clinic and Remedy Therapy Services, as well as multisite director of rehabilitation at Aegis Therapies. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Herzing University-Minneapolis.
