Erin Close, B. Mgmt., CPHR, RPR, CTMP, serves as the Manager of Human Resources Services at Synergy Credit Union since July 2015, leading a team that provides comprehensive HR support across multiple locations, focusing on areas such as payroll, benefits, recruiting, training, and employee relations. Previous experience includes positions as a Sr. HR Business Partner at Husky Energy, HR Manager at Laebon Homes, and HR Consultant for the Government of Alberta, among others. Additionally, Erin has experience as an instructor in the Mount Royal HR Certificate program at Red Deer College. Erin holds various certifications including CPHR and RPR, and possesses a B. Mgt. in Human Resources from The University of Lethbridge, along with a Certificate in Psychological Health & Safety from the University of Fredericton.
