Bruce Howard is the current CEO of Synergy ECP. Prior to their current position, they held various management positions at different companies. Bruce was with COMSO, Inc. from April 2007 to August 2009 as their Senior Director. US Air Force Reserve from January 2003 to December 2005 where they were a Commander of the 459th Maintenance Operations Flight. And Northrop Grumman from February 2002 to April 2007 where they were the Director of the Intelligence Support of the Technical Services Sector.
Bruce Howard has a B.S. in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an M.S. in Systems Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.
