Roberto Villón Jara

Roberto Villón Jara is a Senior Presales Engineer at Synergy Ecuador, having held the position since December 2011. In this role, Roberto specializes in Zoho and ManageEngine solutions, creating pre-sales presentations, demos, proof of concepts, and pilots for IT solutions. Responsibilities also include selling software, services, IT projects, implementations, and specialized IT support. Prior experience includes serving as a TI Consultant with expertise in PMI, ITIL, ISO 9001:2015, Microsoft, and CA Technologies, as well as coordinating teams and managing IT projects. Roberto's career began as a Computing Laboratory Assistant at Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral in 2007. Roberto holds a degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from the same institution, completed in 2011.
