Ryan Parks

Ryan Parks is a public relations professional with more than 19 years of experience working with government agencies, associations, and nonprofit organizations in project management, strategic communications planning and implementation, traditional and social media outreach, partnership development, event planning and management, audiovisual production, and materials development. This includes leading and supporting communications teams for national public health campaigns and initiatives, such as the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration’s (SAMHSA) underage drinking prevention media campaign, “Talk.  They Hear You.”®, Voice Awards, and National Recovery Month. Mr. Parks currently serves as the project director for Synergy’s “Talk.  They Hear You.”® contract with SAMHSA, where he oversees all strategic planning, materials development and dissemination, research and evaluation, and outreach and community engagement efforts for the client. His management expertise has contributed to the success of a variety of programs for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
