Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Synergy Flavors since August 2020, Cardelli previously held the position of CFO for the Flavors Group at Sensient Technologies Corporation from 2016 to August 2020. Other notable positions include CFO at Cook Compression (2011-2016), Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Dover Corporation (2009-2011), and CFO at Deluxe Media Services (1999-2007). Cardelli's background also includes senior analytical roles at Anixter International and Premark International, as well as a foundational experience as a Senior at Ernst & Young. Academic qualifications include an MBA in International Finance and International Business from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Accounting and Computer Science from North Central College.
