Karen Mills

Karen Mills has a diverse background in the hospitality industry, with experience ranging from managing wedding venues to overseeing global operations. Currently, Karen serves as the Operations Manager EMEA at Synergy Global Housing and previously held leadership roles at AKA and Oakwood Worldwide. Prior to their managerial positions, Karen gained experience in guest services, corporate reception, and tax analysis. Karen attended Moulsham High School from 2006 to 2013.
