Sharon Mercado, MBA, is currently working as the Chief People Officer at Synergy Global Housing. Sharon has previous experience as a Human Resources BP at Finisar Corporation, a Senior HR Generalist at Alta Devices, and a Group HR & Administration Manager at Retail is Detail LLC. Sharon has also held positions such as Human Resources Head at Sanofi Pasteur and HR and Admin Manager at Central Digital Trading Limited. Sharon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Far Eastern University, an MBA from Ateneo de Manila University, and has completed an Adaptive Leadership Program in Business Administration and Management from the Asian Institute of Management.
