Kathryn Pring

Kathryn Pring has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Kathryn currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Synergy Health Partners MSO, LLC, where they are responsible for consolidating multiple clinics and surgical centers to improve patient care. Additionally, they oversee operations at two ancillary surgical centers and leads a team of 350 employees. Prior to this role, Kathryn held positions as the Director of Medical Operations and Director at the same company.

Before joining Synergy Health Partners, Kathryn worked at Mendelson Kornblum Physical Therapy as the Assistant Director of Physical Therapy from 2017 to 2020, and as PT Manager from 2011 to 2020. Kathryn also served as PT Supervisor and Physical Therapist at Mendelson Kornblum Physical Therapy from 2008 to 2011.

Earlier in their career, Kathryn worked as a Senior Physical Therapist at St John Senior Community from 2000 to 2008.

Kathryn Pring obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Oakland University in the years 2023 to 2025. Kathryn also holds a Masters of Physical Therapy degree from the same institution, completed from 1995 to 2000.
