With extensive experience in retail, Alicia served as a Business Process Manager at Target from October 2005 to January 2019, where responsibilities included developing new business models and leading cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency. In previous roles at Target, Alicia excelled in sourcing and negotiation, managing substantial vendor relationships, and driving product strategies across various merchandise categories. Earlier experience includes working as an Elder Advocate and Advisor at the Minnesota Senior Federation, where support was provided to the aging population. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from St. Cloud State University, earned from 1997 to 2001.
