Lilian Gaithe

Lilian Gaithe has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over 25 years. Their most recent role is as the Director of Human Resources at Synergy HomeCare Franchising, LLC, where they are responsible for the HR strategy and overseeing various HR functions. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Interface Inc., where they played a key role in building and implementing a comprehensive HR strategy. Lilian has also held leadership positions at MDI - Molded Devices Inc., Creative Communications Sales and Rentals, Heraeus, Phelps Dodge / Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc., Target, MSA Solutions, and Wells Fargo Bank. Throughout their career, Lilian has been involved in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, workforce development, benefits administration, and employee relations. Lilian has also demonstrated their expertise in leading organizational change and facilitating HR initiatives during times of growth and mergers/acquisitions.

Lilian Gaithe completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Management (BSBM) from the University of Phoenix from 2006 to 2009. Lilian then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from the American Public University System from 2014 to 2015. Before commencing their MBA, Lilian Gaithe was enrolled at SHRM in 2014, although no degree or field of study was specified during this time.
