Prior to this, Nancy served as a Senior Vice President at Bank of America from August 1976 to March 2009, overseeing the bank's risk strategy in the restaurant industry. Nancy holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a BA in Spanish from Carlow University.
