Anna Stepanyan, SPHRi

Anna Stepanyan, SPHRi, currently serves as the Director of People & Organisation and Head of HR Department at Synergy International Systems, where responsibilities include developing human resources strategies aligned with organizational goals, overseeing talent acquisition and employee relations, and implementing training and development programs. Prior to this role, Anna was the Managing Director and HR Manager at be2 LLC, focusing on recruitment, retention strategies, employer branding, and HR process improvement. Anna's earlier experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant at the Asian Development Bank, coordinating with various government ministries and international agencies, and working as a Translator and Journalist at "Aravot" daily. Anna holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Oriental Studies from Yerevan State University.
