Subodh Borse

Subodh Borse is an experienced maritime professional with a strong background in newbuilding and offshore projects. Currently serving as Director of Newbuilding & Offshore Projects and General Manager at Synergy Marine Group since January 2020, Subodh established the Newbuilding Department and is responsible for 40 newbuilding vessels and two major conversion projects. Prior experience includes project management roles at Fleet Management Limited, where Subodh oversaw newbuilding projects, and as a Senior Engineer at American Bureau of Shipping, focusing on finite element analysis for FPSOs. Earlier roles include positions as Naval Architect at ZEBEC Marine Consultants & Services and Junior Naval Architect at Good Earth Maritime Ltd. Subodh holds a Master of Technology in Ocean Engineering & Naval Architecture from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute.
