Toby Galbraith has a diverse work experience in the field of medical communications. Toby is currently working as a Senior Scientific Director at Synergy Medical Communications since 2022. Prior to this, Toby served as a Scientific Team Lead at Prime Global from 2019 to 2022. In 2017, they worked as a Communications Team Leader at Oxford PharmaGenesis. Before that, Toby held the position of Director of Content Strategy at EPG Health Media (Europe) Ltd from 2014 to 2017. Toby also worked as an Editorial & Scientific Projects Lead at IMC Healthcare Communication from 2013 to 2014. Toby's earlier experiences include working as a Senior Account Director at ApotheCom ScopeMedical from 2009 to 2013 and as a Senior Account Manager at Wells Healthcare from 2006 to 2009. Toby started their career as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at The Burnham Institute from 2001 to 2006.
Toby Galbraith completed a BSc (Hons) degree in Biochemistry at the University of Bath from 1993 to 1997. Toby then pursued a PhD in Structural Biology at Birkbeck, University of London from 1997 to 2001.
