Rick Faustino

Rick Faustino has a strong background in software engineering and professional services. Rick is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Synergy Resources since October 2015. Prior to that, they were the Director of Professional Services at Openwave Messaging, Inc. from April 2015 to October 2015. Before that, they held the same position at Infor Global Solutions from December 2010 to April 2015. In addition, Rick has experience as a Consultancy Manager at Exact from April 2010 to January 2011. Rick first started their career as a Supervisor of Customer Support at ProfitKey International in April 1986, and then progressed to various leadership roles in the field of software development and management, including as a VP Manager at Lilly Software Associates, Inc. from February 1994 to October 2004.

Rick Faustino attended Southern New Hampshire University from 1991 to 1994. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.
