Stephen Blunck

Prior to joining Serent, Stephen was an investment professional at Advent International, a leading global private equity firm. At Advent International, Stephen was responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing investments in companies in the healthcare market. Stephen worked closely with management teams on multiple initiatives, including developing sales and marketing strategies, executing on M&A, and designing talent acquisition and retention roadmaps. Prior to Advent International, Stephen worked at Bain & Company in Dallas, Texas. At Bain, Stephen worked in the Private Equity practice, and in the advisory business where he worked with businesses across various industries and functional areas including corporate strategy, operations, and HR.

Stephen has an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business where he was an Arjay Miller scholar. He also has a BS in Business Management from Brigham Young University where he graduated magna cum laude.
