Justin Cates has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Justin is currently the Director of Strategic Partnership at Synergy Settlement Services, where they forge lasting relationships with Injury, Accident & Workers Comp Attorneys in Arizona. Prior to this, Justin worked at Thomson Reuters - FindLaw / Super Lawyers as a Senior Client Development Consultant for seven years. Justin also served as an Outside Sales Representative at Signal One from 2009 to 2014. Before that, they worked at Apollo Security Group, Inc as an Outside Sales Representative, where they achieved significant growth in the company's service sales department. Justin's experience also includes working as a Project Manager at Standard Pacific Homes, a Sales Specialist at Ranger American - ADT Dealer, and an Outside Sales Representative at Edward Don & Company.

Justin Cates attended Valparaiso High School from 1996 to 1999, where they completed their secondary education. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Selling & Sales Management at Purdue University from 1999 to 2003. In 2014, they enrolled in the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business for a course in Real Estate Sales.
