Rodolfo "Rudy" Rodriguez-Chomat, MBA, MSHRM has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Rodolfo "Rudy" is currently serving as the Vice President of Strategic Partnership at Synergy Settlement Services, where they manage a team of sales professionals and oversees the South Florida territory. Rodolfo "Rudy" is responsible for coaching and supporting the team to achieve their monthly goals, as well as handling lien resolution matters, Medicare compliance, and Medical Cost Projections for injury firms. Rudy also manages the company's Instagram account and supports the generation of new business through IG relationships.

In addition to their current role, Rudy is the President of R.R. Chomat Consulting, LLC, their own consulting firm that they started in 2019.

Prior to this, they worked as a Realtor Associate at RelatedISG International Realty from 2015 to 2019. Rodolfo "Rudy"'sresponsibilities included managing high-level boutique family law case files,developing client relationships, and maintaining the daily calendar for the Senior Partner.

Rudy has also worked at FindLaw, part of Thomson Reuters, as a Senior Client Development Consultant from 2016 to 2019. In this role, they specialized in working with attorneys and law firms to help them build their practice and maximize their return on investment through legal marketing strategies.

Before that, they served as the Director of Attorney Recruitment at Solomon Search Group, Inc. from 2013 to 2016, where they were responsible for recruiting attorneys and negotiating fee agreements with law firms.

Rudy began their career in the real estate industry, working as a Realtor Associate at Luxurious Living Realty from 2004 to 2015.

Rodolfo "Rudy" also has experience in journalism, having worked as a Freelance Reporter at Miami Herald Media Company from 1998 to 2014.

Prior to their work in journalism, Rudy worked in the legal field as a Litigation Paralegal at Moskowitz, Mandell, Salim & Simowitz, P.A. from 2008 to 2009, and as a Family Law Paralegal at Leinoff & Lemos, P.A. from 2007 to 2008. In both roles, they managed cases, developed client relationships, and handled various paralegal duties.

Overall, Rudy has a strong background in sales, consulting, real estate, legal recruitment, and paralegal work.

Rodolfo "Rudy" Rodriguez-Chomat, MBA, MSHRM has an extensive educational background. In 1991, they attended Archbishop Curley-Notre Dame, where they completed their high school education. After that, from 1995 to 2001, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Print Journalism at Florida International University (FIU).

Continuing their education, Rodriguez-Chomat completed a Real Estate Sales Associate program at Gold Coast Schools in 2004. In 2005, they furthered their knowledge by earning a Paralegal Certificate from FIU in Legal Studies.

Rodriguez-Chomat's pursuit of knowledge led him to earn a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration from FIU in 2012. Building upon this foundation, they obtained a Human Resources Management Certificate from Florida Atlantic University in 2013. Later, in 2014, they completed a Master's of Science in Human Resources Management from Florida International University.

Through their educational journey, Rodriguez-Chomat has gained expertise in various fields, including Print Journalism, Real Estate, Legal Studies, Business Administration, and Human Resources Management.
