M Elaine McClure

M. Elaine McClure, PMP, CSM has over 30 years of experience in various companies and roles. M. Elaine began their career in 1987 as a Senior Technical Support Group Leader at Telco Research, followed by roles as Director of Product Management at Resource Consultant and Director of Support Services at Resource Consulants Inc. In 1999, they became a Senior Project Manager at (GXS) GE Global eXchange Services, working until 2004. M. Elaine then joined Willis as a Senior Project Manager, where they managed multiple third-party vendor relationships and spearheaded the company's global migration and implementation of their email system, global implementation of telecommunications solution, and printer life-cycle implementation in the United States and Canada. Starting in 2006, Elaine worked as a Senior Project Manager at Outdoor Central before joining The Active Network in 2008, where they served as Senior Manager, Project Management until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as the Executive Director of PMO at Dave Ramsey - Lampo Group before moving to Vendavo as Director, North America Program Management, where they managed 35+ project managers. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer at Synergy Transformations, starting in January 2022.

M. Elaine McClure, PMP, CSM attended Southern Polytechnic State University but it is unclear what degree or field of study they pursued. M.
