Brent Stern has extensive work experience in various roles, starting in 2002 as a Business Development Manager at Autohaus Mercedes Benz. Brent managed a team of 20 sales staff members and implemented customer relationship management systems. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as a Mortgage Banker at HomeBanc Mortgage, where they originated home loans and received recognition for their performance. In 2008, they joined Lexington International as the Director of Sales and Marketing, where they successfully launched the HairMax brand into prestigious retailers. At Cyalume Technologies, Brent served as the Director of Commercial Sales and Marketing from 2015 to 2018. During their tenure, they reconstructed sales and marketing organizations, implemented repeatable customer acquisition processes, and spearheaded new product development, resulting in significant sales growth. Presently, they are working at SynergyLabs as the Chief Commercial Officer since October 2022.
