Santiago Meneses Ramirez is a seasoned club manager with extensive experience in the fitness industry. Currently serving at Synergym España since August 2022, Santiago focuses on training new and promoted Club Managers, covering competencies such as protocol instruction, tool utilization, daily case resolution, inter-departmental communication, and planning and organization. Previously, Santiago worked as a Sports Coordinator and Fitness Instructor at O2 Centro Wellness from September 2016 to October 2022, also holding the position of Fitness Manager briefly in 2019. Additional experience includes personal training roles and ownership of a health-focused café, alongside previous positions in gym instruction and sales.
