Hazel Egan

Hazel Egan has a diverse work experience ranging from technical roles to customer service positions. Hazel started their career at NuBar DCU as a Bartender/Supervisor, where they gained skills in cash handling, food handling, customer service, leadership, cocktail making, and teamwork. After that, they worked at Cineworld Cinemas Ltd as a Team Member, where they were trained in various areas such as ticket sales, serving customers, restocking, cleaning, and ensuring customer safety. Hazel then transitioned to Derrycourt Cleaning Specialists as an IT Support Technician, providing support for technical issues. Hazel later took on the role of Junior Developer/Support Technician at the same company, where they created programs in VBA, including payroll systems and auditing schedulers. Currently, Hazel works at SynergySuite as a QA Lead, responsible for quality assurance. Throughout their career, they have acquired skills in technical support, programming, quality assurance, and project management.

Hazel Egan completed their Leaving Certificate at Dominican College Drumcondra from 2006 to 2012. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Applications at Dublin City University. Their undergraduate studies lasted from 2012 to 2017.
