Daniel Manus is an accomplished mechanical engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles. Currently serving as Lead Mechanical Engineer at Synertec since July 2023, Daniel delivers design and engineering services in the Process and Mechanical team. Prior to this, Daniel worked as a Senior Project Engineer at Wiley from November 2015 to July 2023, facilitating client ideas into actionable projects. Experience includes a role as Mechanical Draftsman at Total Marine Technology, where expertise in 3D CAD modeling and Finite Element Analysis was applied to design ROVs and subsea tools for the oil and gas sector. Earlier career highlights include a position at Rio Tinto focused on data acquisition and asset management, as well as a vacation position at KC Dodd Consulting Engineer, contributing to the preliminary design of a gold processing plant in Ecuador. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from The University of Western Australia, completed in 2012.
