Lucas Shah is a Talent & Recruitment Specialist at Synertec, where Lucas manages the end-to-end talent attraction and talent management process. Prior to their current role, Lucas was a Manager in the Technical Engineering division at Blackbook Executive, where Lucas handled recruitment activities for head of engineering and senior management roles. Lucas also has experience as a Recruitment Consultant in Technical Engineering at Blackbook Executive. Additionally, Lucas has interned in marketing roles at Study My Way and MYER. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from Swinburne University of Technology, as well as a Diploma of Management in Business Administration and Management, and VCE in Marketing from Norwood Secondary College.
