Douglas W. Starnes

Douglas W. Starnes currently serves as Program Manager at Synertex LLC, overseeing the VTM contract with CENTCOM. Previously, Douglas held roles as a Mid-Level All-Source Analyst, focusing on WMD issues and supporting US Forces Korea, and as an Excel/VBA Developer providing services to veterans. Douglas has extensive experience in intelligence analysis, having served on strategic teams at BAE Systems and as an Intelligence Analyst in the US Army. Early in the career, Douglas worked in educational roles, teaching high school Physics and Chemistry, and as a substitute teacher. Douglas holds a BS in Physics from Lenoir-Rhyne University and has completed graduate work in Education at Jacksonville University.
