Ken McAdams

Ken McAdams is an experienced military professional currently serving as the Synertex Site Manager and PACAF Exercise Project Officer at Synertex LLC since October 2024, overseeing 20 contract employees and leading major Joint Combined military exercises in the INDOPACOM region. Prior to this role, McAdams held the position of Bowhead Site Manager at UICGS/Bowhead, where responsibilities included managing 18 contract employees and leading similar military exercises. McAdams' extensive career with the United States Air Force spanned over 22 years, culminating as Chief of Staff for Special Operations Command Pacific, where leadership included oversight of over 500 personnel and management of a $211 million budget.
