Lee Thul

Lee Thul has extensive experience in information technology and program management, currently serving as Deputy IT Program Manager at Synertex LLC since May 2021. Utilizing agile techniques, Lee develops and releases Cybersecurity and Cyber IT plans and partners with IT Operations and Maintenance leads to enhance IT service management policies. Prior to this role, Lee spent 30 years in the United States Air Force, progressing through various positions including Senior Program Manager for IT Workforce Development, where management of over 19,000 IT employees was achieved. Lee's diverse background includes managing large teams, overseeing significant IT acquisitions totaling over $500 million, and ensuring compliance with Air Force regulations as an IT Audit & Security Compliance Assessor. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Management and multiple associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force, complemented by professional certifications in management and training from various leadership programs.
