Ruth Siporin

Ruth Siporin is the current Chief Financial Officer at Synerzip. Prior to their current position, Ruth was the Controller & Treasurer at Ascend Learning from December 2010 to July 2011. Ruth was responsible for all aspects of the accounting and treasury functions as well as developing robust monthly reporting for lenders and private equity. Additionally, Ruth was responsible for real estate including the build out of a new corporate headquarters. Ruth transformed the finance department into a high performing organization that could effectively operate as a Private Equity portfolio company.

Ruth Siporin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Accounting from Babson College.
