Nataliia Denysova

Nataliia Denysova has extensive work experience in various roles and departments. Nataliia started their career in 2004 as the Deputy Chief Accountant at Scania Donetsk Branch. Nataliia then moved on to Scania Ukraine in 2015, where they worked as the Payroll and Benefits Manager until 2018. In 2018, they joined Synevo Ukraine, initially working as the Payroll Manager and later being promoted to the Head of HR department in August 2021.

Nataliia Denysova pursued their education at Donetsk National University from 1991 to 1996, where they obtained a Master's degree in Economics and Accounting. After completing their studies at Donetsk National University, their educational path is unknown.

However, Nataliia Denysova has obtained several additional certifications throughout their career. In 2016, they completed the EBA HR Management Course at the Europian Business Association. In 2018, they obtained the Compensation and Benefits Professional certification from Consult Businesss Partner. In 2021, they completed the Management Corporate Program at MIM-Kyiv Business School. Lastly, in 2023, they achieved the International Coach certification from CoachingUP University Ukraine.
