Purvi Panchal is a Scientist at Synexa Life Sciences since August 2022, with a background in microbiology and research. Previously, Purvi served as a Senior Research Fellow at the Indian Council of Medical Research - National Institute of Immunohaematology, focusing on splice factor mutations in Myelodysplastic Syndrome and establishing an advanced center for Primary Immunodeficiency disease research. Purvi also worked as a Research Associate at Oriental Advance Life Private Limited, managing the Beckman Coulter GeXP Sequencer and analyzing copy number variations in breast cancer patients. Earlier experience includes a role as a Scientific Officer at Metropolis Healthcare, where Purvi isolated Mycobacterium from various samples and conducted culture identification. Purvi holds a Postgraduate degree in Microbiology from Sophia College, Mumbai, and a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from Earthinators Climate School.
