Nick Patel

Nick Patel is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Synexus Tax Solutions™, a new brand providing state and local indirect tax compliance to businesses across the nation. Previously, Nick held positions such as Senior Tax Manager - Indirect Tax and Tax Manager - Indirect Tax at Smith & Howard, Tax Manager at PwC, and Manager at KPMG. With a background in accounting, Nick's experience includes project management for tax engine and custom transaction tax solution projects. Nick also worked at CORPTAX, Inc. providing implementation, training, and ongoing support to clients for sales and use tax compliance software. Additionally, Nick has experience as a Tax Accountant at The Home Depot. Nick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Kennesaw State University.
