Gregory Glaros has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Gregory began their career in 1986 as a Naval Aviator and Strike/Fighter Pilot in the US Navy, where they served until 2006. During this time, they also worked as an Aide to the President at the Naval War College from 1999 to 2001. In 2002, they became a Fellow at the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations before joining the United States Department of Defense, Office of the Secretary of Defense in 2003 as a Transformation Strategist. In 2006, they joined SYNEXXUS Inc as the President and later became the CEO. Additionally, they worked as an Associate Professor at the Naval Postgraduate School in 2006 and 2007.

Gregory Glaros has a strong educational background with a focus on finance and engineering. Gregory attended the United States Naval Academy from 1982 to 1986, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering. Gregory then pursued further education at the Naval Postgraduate School from 1992 to 1994, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Space Systems & Electrical Engineering, specializing in Rocket Propulsion and Laser Optics.

Additionally, they studied Leading Global Business at the Harvard Business School Executive Education.
