Shivangana Gupta

Shivangana Gupta is currently serving as Chief of Staff at Syngene International Limited since September 2023. Previously, Shivangana held the role of Consultant at Accenture from October 2020 to August 2023, where significant projects included leading the launch of an e-commerce platform for a major FMCG client across six emerging economies and managing information initiatives that impacted over 19,000 users in the Oil & Gas sector. Prior to this, as a Consulting Analyst at Accenture, Shivangana developed a business case for digital transformation for an Oil & Gas client, enhancing customer experience and achieving substantial cost savings. Earlier experience includes a Management Intern position at RPG Group, focusing on talent retention through a Talent Dashboard and Attrition Prediction Model, and as a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant, facilitating the integration of local businesses into a retail organization’s ERP system. Shivangana holds a PGDM in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Shiv Nadar University.
