Currently serving as the Regional HR Data Analytics Leader at Syngenta Group since September 2025, Ariel previously worked at Alcoa from January 2014 to July 2025 in various roles including HR Transformation & Innovation Manager, HR Technology Enablement Manager, and Global HR System Specialist, among others. Ariel's expertise encompasses modernizing HR operations, managing enterprise-wide HR systems, and leading project management initiatives focused on operational performance and automation. Ariel holds an MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a postgraduate degree in Digital Arts for Video Games from Faculdade Méliès, along with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Federal de Itajubá.
