Doron Gal

Doron Gal currently holds key leadership roles in digital sustainability, soil health, and new digital technology initiatives at Syngenta Group. Prior to his current position, Gal served as the Head of Innovation IDR at ADAMA Agricultural Solutions Ltd. and held top executive positions at Kaiima Bio-Agritech Ltd. He has a background in agriculture and innovation from Stanford University.
