Nancy Jewell

Nancy Jewell currently serves as the Head of Employee Communications & Engagement and Business Partner to the CHRO at Syngenta Group, a position held since January 2024. Previously, Nancy held multiple leadership roles at Syngenta, including a secondment as the Head of Sustainability and Corporate Affairs for Australia and New Zealand. With extensive experience in corporate communications, Nancy has served as the Group Head of Communications at Selecta, and as Global Head of Corporate Communications at gategroup. Additional roles include Vice President of Global Communications at CEVA Logistics and managerial positions in communications at Novelis and Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. Nancy began her career in communications at UBS Wealth Management, where significant roles included Head of Communications for both Global Wealth Management and Wealth Management International. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from La Salle University.
