Prashant Disale has extensive experience in the agricultural industry, having worked in various sales and business management roles at Syngenta and Monsanto. Currently, Prashant is the Business Manager at Syngenta India Private Limited, where Prashant oversees the field crop business in the Sillod territory. Prior to this, Prashant was a Senior Territory Sales Manager at Syngenta, managing field crop and crop protection business in Malwa, Mandsour, and Neemuch territories. Additionally, Prashant worked as a Management Sales Trainee at Monsanto, handling corn and crop protection business in the Himmatnagar territory of Gujarat.
