Divya Sundaram

Divya Sundaram is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in risk management, governance, and compliance. Currently serving as the Head of IT Risk, Governance and Compliance at Syngenta since August 2019, Divya is responsible for establishing Information Security Policies aligned with ISO standards and implementing IT Business Continuity Management frameworks. Previous roles include IAM Strategy, Cloud and Security Governance at Allstate, Director of GRC Applications and Systems Delivery at Chain-Sys, and Director of Practice IT at Huron Consulting Group. With a strong background in managing complex IT projects at Motorola Mobility Inc., Divya has a proven track record in cloud adoption strategies and operational cost reduction. Divya holds a Master’s degree in Management of Information Systems from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Michigan State University. Additionally, Divya is passionate about developing internship programs to foster a diverse talent pipeline.
