Kapil Sain has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership and managerial roles. KAPIL SAIN started their career at KPIT Cummins Infosystems Limited as a SAP BI Consultant, where they were responsible for identifying KPIs, analyzing business reporting requirements, and data extractions. KAPIL SAIN then progressed to become a Lead SAP BI, overseeing the design of BW and managing info packages and event scheduling. Eventually, they became a Project Manager, leading and managing projects until February 2011.

Following that, Kapil joined IBM as a Team Lead and later became a Delivery Lead & Release Manager for SAP BW/BI. In these roles, they were responsible for leading teams, managing project deliveries, and overseeing release management processes.

In 2014, Kapil transitioned to NTT DATA Americas as a Manager for SAP Analytics. Here, they handled multiple projects and took on various roles such as Sub-Competency Lead, Project Manager, and Pre-Sales Lead. KAPIL SAIN successfully managed a team of 60+ professionals and played a crucial role in project planning, solution architecture, and business acumen.

In 2017, Kapil joined BackOffice Associates as a Senior Manager & GDC Head. KAPIL SAIN managed global delivery across various regions and handled major clients in the areas of EPM, Analytics, SAP Basis/Environments, Data Science, and ML. KAPIL SAIN was accountable for program management, delivery management, P&L, and corporate planning, among other responsibilities.

Currently, Kapil is working at Syniti as a Delivery Partner/Director. KAPIL SAIN provides technological direction, designs strategic business transformation plans, and manages end-to-end project deliveries of large-scale, complex projects. KAPIL SAIN focuses on seamless onsite/offshore coordination and transparent communication with stakeholders.

Throughout their career, Kapil has demonstrated expertise in project management, delivery management, change management, and presales. KAPIL SAIN has handled and executed large-scale programs for Fortune 500 companies, and has shown skills in organization change management, risk management, vendor management, and stakeholder management.

Kapil holds certifications in PMP, MSP, CSM, ITIL, and Lean SSBB, indicating their commitment to professional development and expertise in various methodologies and frameworks.

Kapil Sain, PMP®MSP®CSM®ITIL®Lean SSBB, has a diverse education history. KAPIL SAIN completed an Executive Program in Leadership & Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. KAPIL SAIN also holds a Master of Science degree in Advance Software Technologies from the International Institute of Information Technology, Pune Infotech Park. Additionally, they completed an Executive Program in Data Science and Machine Learning from XLRI Jamshedpur. In terms of certifications, Kapil is ITIL V3 certified from EXIN. KAPIL SAIN is also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified professional from GAQM. Furthermore, they are a PMP certified project manager from PMI USA and a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance.
