Carlo Santos

Carlo Santos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical services and sales within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Global Technical Services at Syniverse since September 2014, Carlo leads a team focused on post-sales support for Carrier and Enterprise customers worldwide. Previous roles at Syniverse include Sr. Director of Enterprise Sales for the Americas and Sr. Director of Sales for the Caribbean, Central America, and Mexico. Prior to Syniverse, Carlo held various positions at Claro RD, such as Roaming & Interconnection Manager, overseeing roaming agreements, and at CODETEL, where marketing strategies were developed for SMB customers. Carlo's educational background includes a Master's in Business Administration specializing in Finance and several postgraduate degrees in Business Administration and Telecommunications Management.
