Daniel Kwak

Daniel Kwak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer account management and sales within the IoT and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a Customer Account Manager IV at Syniverse since April 2022, Daniel facilitates product delivery and drives customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Prior roles include Sales Manager at Sierra Wireless, where responsibilities encompassed managing embedded solutions and building relationships with local carriers, and General Manager at Mobile Eco, overseeing M2M and IoT business activities, particularly in Japan and EMEA. Daniel's prior experience also includes positions as Deputy General Manager at Celot Wireless and Sales Manager at AnyDATA, with a strong focus on business development and commercialization of IoT devices and modules in global markets. Daniel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Hoseo University, completed in 2005.
